I would describe myself as:
Reluctant, if reasonably healthy and fit fisherman casting his net into this strange 'ballroom of romance' simply to check if there are any compatible mermaids about. He's a rather odd as well as hesitant fisherman, more into books than hooks or nets, & walks by the sea 'n hills than boats, & the occasional nice bottle of wine than big pints --and even goes for movies and theatre 'n music be times. So the mermaid needs a spare pair of feet, at least as he's not even into ferrying passengers [other than a few yards to bed]. But a lively, critical mind, emotional honesty and challenges, GSOH are also important. As for the shapes-curves and way she wiggles her tail ?..... well we can discuss that later. Though this particular mode does not really favour the romantic spirit, he can't stop the occasional dream that, somewhere in that vast cyber-sea, there must be one who .......

Well someone who’s fun and interesting to meet , for starters and with leftist politics [incl. opposition to the injustice of current govt responses to the crisis] . After that, well the wish list takes off to embrace : Honest, lively, challenging, supportive body-soul -and-emotions mate; someone who interested in making mutual sense of the everyday mundane as well as exploring the occasional adventures that rustic retreats, travels abroad or life's other many surprises may bring along
